This page is about this website only. It is not the firm's privacy notice: how Thompson & Thurman handles your financial information as a client is covered separately, and the office will give you that notice.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the note on the contact page: your name, phone number, email address, what your question is about, and anything you choose to tell us first. It is emailed to the team so somebody can get back to you.

Please keep it general. Do not put account numbers, your Social Security number, dates of birth or balances in a web form — for anything like that, call the office on 806-352-3480 and we will take it properly.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, and there is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no advertising tracker on it. Your browser remembers one thing, for the length of the visit only: that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play again on every page. It is forgotten when you close the tab and it says nothing about who you are.

Other companies involved

• FormSubmit passes the note to the team's email. Your browser sends it to them directly and this website keeps no copy.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so Google's servers see the request your browser makes for them.
• Our blog is on a separate site and keeps its own records.
• Facebook, only if you follow a link to it.

The estimators on this site

The calculators work entirely in your browser. The figures you put into them are not sent anywhere and nobody here sees them.

Ask about your information

Call or write and ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted.
